What is THRIVE?

THRIVE is a service designed to leverage the power of Non-Profit Executives.

Our goal is to reinforce and strengthen the CEO's relationships with your major donors. That's what we do. As a coach, we don’t play the game, because we're not as good at it as you are. Nobody wants to talk to us. They want to talk to the CEO. And we help facilitate that process.

We leverage the passion, abilities and power possessed by non-profit executives to raise more income for their important cause. In our role, we act as an advisor, confidant, consultant and most importantly, a coach.

By providing a coaching service for the CEO of a non-profit, we help them nurture relationships with major donors, where the objective of the process is to raise more money for the non-profit. By initiating relationships, or strengthening existing relationships, we focus on moving major donors further along the spectrum from initial interest all the way to advocacy for the cause.

We also identify people who are actually major donors that you do not recognize as major donors, based our research. We take you step-by-step through the process of becoming a significant part of a major donor’s awareness, to the point that they eventually become an advocate for your organization. We provide examples (without names) to show you how this works.
