A variety of technical and management consulting engagements involving telecommunications hardware and software. Worked with software and hardware engineers in Armonk New York and Paris France to deploy the very first VideoText system in the U.S. for JC Penney Corporate.
Managed a telecommunications support team of 60 technicians responsible for the support of 12,000 intelligent and non-intelligent devices. Help desk teams were responsible for trouble tracking, problem pattern recognition and minimizing mean time to repair.
Did management consulting across three divisions. Coached senior managers related to accelerating technical team performance improvement as well as assisting them in developing and tracking individual performance plans. Provided technical consulting on matters related to relational database development.
Worked with teams in Austin Texas to assess approaches and opportunities in the natural language translation market. The goal was the development of a natural language chip containing firmware and software with integrated learning algorithms.

Led two “Not To Exceed” Y2K projects in Washington D.C. and Denver Co. for the U.S. General Services Administration involving the conversion of mainframe computer languages for the U.S. Navy and the Farmers Home Administration.
Consulted and coached IT managers on the development and leadership of 5 major systems in finance, manufacturing, marketing as well as on going consulting activities at the Wingspread international conference center.

Consulted with senior management on the completion of two major projects related to their patented Explanation of Benefit(EOB) consolidation service. Both projects were completed on time and within budget.
